Clinical Assistant

I welcome patients into our clinical area, assist Dr. Miller with patient care, complete lab work, and make sure our clinic is neat and clean. I have been working in the dental field as an orthodontic assistant since 2001 and joined this office in 2010. I enjoy working with children and helping Dr. Miller create their beautiful smiles. He is such a perfectionist in his work and so am I.

I moved to America when I was four years old. I love to work and spend quality time with my mom and my friends.

Front Desk Administrator

I work at our front desk where I answer phones, make appointments, handle referrals, and take care of finances and accounts. I love working as a team to solve a problem and accommodating patients by making a difference in the way they feel about their smile. I try to the best of my ability to be professional, friendly, and as helpful as possible. Dr. Miller is a pleasure to work with; in such a fast-paced environment, he always takes the time to answer any questions I have.

During my leisure time, I enjoy designing and decorating for family and friends, hand painting furniture, antiquing, cooking, and of course spending time with family and friends.

Office Manager

I ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently so the rest of our team can create beautiful smiles in a streamlined environment. I have worked here for almost 15 years and have seen so many happy patients come and go from our office. I enjoy working with Dr. Miller because he is a very personable and caring doctor. He always wants to know what is going on with his patients, what they enjoy doing for sports, hobbies, or their favorite class.

My husband and I have six children and seven grandchildren. We love traveling, golfing, and riding our motorcycles.

Administrative Coordinator

I work at our front desk where I greet patients and check them in for their appointments, schedule future appointments, and prepare contracts. I have the ability to meet so many people from our community and love seeing the kids grow into young adults with amazing smiles. This office is a great place to work, not only because of our wonderful team, but also because we get to work in such a fun and friendly environment.

I enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, going to the beach, skiing, and playing tennis. My hobbies include cooking, traveling, and listening to music.

Kathi

Orthodontic Lab Technician

My duties consist of fabricating upper and lower retainers when patients have completed the active phase of their orthodontic treatment. This is a very important part of our patients’ treatment, as this helps them keep their smile looking perfect. I started fabricating appliances in the 1980’s when I attended a program at Great Lakes Dental Lab in Buffalo, NY, and have been doing it ever since.

My daughter and son are a big part of my life. They are grown individuals and it is just as exciting to see them grow as adults as when they were young. In my leisure time I love to ski, play tennis, and spend time at the beach in the summer. I also enjoy spending time with friends, both old and new.

Marie

Orthodontic Dental Assistant

I am responsible for all aspects of dental assisting, from placing bands and wires, taking Invisalign® impressions, and sterilization, to providing our patients and parents with information about their treatment. I began my dental career 30 years ago and was happy to join Dr. Miller’s team in 2004. I love interacting with our patients and helping them achieve the smile they’ve always wanted.

I have two children, Christina and Michael, a cat named Mackie, and a dog name Tara. For fun, I enjoy cooking.

Nancy

Administrative Specialist

I can be found filling claims to insurance companies and sending info to Mass Health for prior approval. I am also responsible for billing, banking, and scheduling appointments. I do my best to make sure our patients get the most out of their insurance benefits to make orthodontics as affordable as possible. I love working with my team and consider them to be a part of my family.

I’ m a single mom to my loving daughter and a grandmother to two beautiful boys who light up my life. In my free time I enjoy playing tennis, skiing, photography, design, yoga, and dancing.

Front Desk Administrator

I began working with Dr. Miller in 1992. I greet our patients and make them feel as comfortable as possible while in our office. I also schedule their appointments, run errands for Dr. Miller, and answer any questions our patients may have. Everyone here truly enjoys our work, and it shows in the beautiful smiles we help to create for our patients.

My free time is spent being a loving grandmother to my beautiful granddaughter, Maeve.

Rose Mary

Orthodontic Dental Assistant

I assist Dr. Miller during orthodontic and lab procedures, take X-rays and impressions, and assist with sterilization. My number one goal is to make sure our patients are comfortable during their treatment, so I’m always available to answer questions about their treatment or progress. I love everything about working here, especially the great people I get to spend my days with.

I have been happily married for four years and we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our first child.
